DUMLU OGUN SAKA

Chef Ogun Saka graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Cookery Department. During his internship at Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul, he drew the attention of Ali Ronay, one of Turkey’s most famous and important chefs, and took his reference, and continued his career in Montenegro. The chef completed his first season as Chef de Partie at Barbossa Beach Bar Restaurant, one of the famous beaches of Montenegro. Later, he became Head Chef of Loft Bistro in Bokeshka and presented a new menu to Montenegrin guests. While Loft achieves success with its new menu, the chef continues the story with Taxim Restaurant & Bar and a brand new menu.
